Submitting a Best Priced Homes

A Naples Best Priced Home, must meet these three basic criteria:

Priced at least 10% off of peak prices reached late in year 2005. (Many homes featured are priced more than 20% less then peak prices)

List price is better or comparable to the most recently sold prices within the community, for very similar properties.

Best priced available vs. other comparables listed for sale within the community. Or a very similar value to lowest priced.

Sellers and/or Listing Agents with a Naples Best Priced Home just need to send an email with the following information:

1. MLS Number (MLS number is required)

   • The MLS listing must have a solid description of the home.

   • The MLS listing must have a least one photo.

2. A short description on how the home meets the best priced homes criteria.

Note: The best priced listed is being revised and updated, and will be available aonce gain starting Sept. 1, 2007.
